Zen Serenity provides meditations and visualizations for women who are on the journey towards fertility, specifically designed for those who are trying to conceive.
Zen Serenity is not simply about de-stressing and relaxing. It’s about being or becoming mindful, which is to be in a mental and physical state of present moment awareness. With a relaxed concentration, you maintain awareness of what you’re currently experiencing while holding the vision of what you seek.
Our meditations and visualizations provide an opportunity to bring together your mind, body and spirit, which too often feel separated in today’s busy and overburdened world. You don’t have to believe in this for it to work, or for it to benefit you. If you give yourself the time to listen, and follow the guided meditations you will receive the benefits from it.
Everyone can do this, although it does seem to come more easily to some than to others. With practice it gets easier, and we get more comfortable with it. Understand everyone can benefit from guided meditation, not just those who can see or picture images.
The unmedicated, or natural cycle, contains 15 guided visual meditations that correspond to the menstrual cycle. Each meditation is less than 20 minutes in length, and is designed for a particular time or phase in your cycle. Every woman’s cycle is different some have a regular 28 day cycle, some have irregular cycles, some have regular cycles that are longer or shorter than 28 days. This collection of guided visual meditations is designed to be flexible so every woman can use it according their own cycle. Using the Basal Body Temperature Method helps to know when ovulation has occurred. Ovulation predictor kit or ovulation urine test can help you to know when ovulation is coming and that’s the time to listen to the ovulation meditation.
There is a guided visual mediation for each phase of your cycle, the menstruation phase, follicular phase, ovulation phase, and four for the luteal phase.

Affirmations
Affirmations are designed to be listened to anytime during your cycle.
They help to give us a sense of love and gratitude during this time.
Sanctuary of Peace
This meditation is for pure relaxation and calming your spirit. There are times throughout the trying to conceive journey that one feels overwhelmed, and just needs a place of inner peace. This meditation helps to access one’s inner sectary, a state of inner peace within one’s self.
Zen Flow
This meditation is designed for the times when you feel the need to clear your energy, cleanse your mind. Along the fertility journey there are times when you just don’t feel like your real self, and need to release the blanket of stress; reconnect with your spirit, your inner self. This meditation gives that needed release, and allows for a nice refreshing flow in the mind and body.
Zen Fertility
This meditation allows us to reconnect with a sense of fertility. During the fertility journey we come up against so much talk of infertility, and a sense of fear, or “what if” can replace our fertile mindset. We live in a fertile world, and this meditation helps to connect you with a fertile mind awareness. It can be used as a general fertility meditation that you can use whenever you’d like to reconnect to the essence of fertility.
Embracing Love
This meditation is designed to support you when you receive a positive pregnancy test. When the journey to conceive has been very long, there is a tendency to be nervous, anxious and uneasy about the pregnancy. It’s too easy to get locked into anxious feelings about sustaining a healthy pregnancy. This meditation is designed to help you relax into the joy of pregnancy.
Surrender & Release
When the journey to conceive has been very long, a negative pregnancy test result can be devastating. It’s important to have support and a sense of peace during this time. This meditation is designed specifically for that experience.

When you listen to the meditations, it’s a sacred time and moment where you let everything else go as you connect to your deep desire of conception, pregnancy. You allow your mind, body and spirit to consciously come together and experience this present moment, honoring this deep desire of your heart.

There’s a space between making things happen and letting/allowing things to happen. That’s the place we seek to reach in our desire to conceive. Too often we want it so deeply that we cling, we grasp, we “try” too hard. We feel the need to do something, to have some element of control, yet this energy restricts or closes off the flow. When we feel ourselves grapping, clinging, we need to release a bit and enter that space between making it happen and allowing it to unfold. That’s where these meditations take you, to a place of mindfulness where you connect your mind, body and spirit, and breathe into the knowingness, the trust, the faith. Your mind’s eye witnesses the journey and the pregnancy and you allow it to be.
